Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Hitone Chemicals. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive range of colours for screen printing. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the screen printing industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target sales goals
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Generate regular reports on sales activities and performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
