Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India, and requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by effectively managing the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
