BDM- Insurance Sales

Location : Pune- Aundh, Ahmedabad, Dadar, Indore, Mumbai - Vile Parle, Mumbai Kalyan (Now Virar), Panvel, (Work from Office)

 Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Candidate to have minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI industry mandatory

2) Minimum 1 years of total experience can be from Life Insurance/Cross selling 

3) Good network in generating potential business leads in local market

4) Should be a local resident of the hiring location

5) Ability to recruit insurance advisors team of 10 to 15 at least at the time of joining

6) Train the team and drive for business in local market

7) Service customers for policy renewals

8) Should drive monthly recruitment activities to recruit new insurance advisors
