Job Title: Relationship Manager - Diagnostics

Overview:

As a Relationship Manager in the field of Diagnostics, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders in the diagnostics industry. Key Responsibilities:

1. **Client Relationship Management:**

-       Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, diagnostic laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

-       Understand client requirements, anticipate needs, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

-       Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

2. **Business Development:**

-       Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion within the diagnostics market.

-       Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals.

-       Develop strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

 

3. **Product Knowledge:**

-       Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and advancements in diagnostic technologies.

-       Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's diagnostic products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

 

4. **Collaboration and Coordination:**

-       Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

-       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.

 

5. **Client Education:**

-       Provide clients with information about new products, services, and industry best practices.

-       Conduct training sessions or webinars to educate clients on the benefits and proper use of diagnostic solutions.

 

6. **Data Analysis and Reporting:**

-       Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to make informed recommendations for business improvement.

-       Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, customer satisfaction, and business development activities.

 

7. **Compliance and Quality Assurance:**

-       Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

-       Work closely with relevant stakeholders to address any compliance issues or quality concerns.

 

8. **Customer Feedback Management:**

-       Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and suggestions to continuously improve products and services.

-       Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

-       Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
