DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of BOQs, submission of quotes, participate in bidding process, help sales team managing sales cycle from start to close

• Coordination with design and procurement and projects for retrofit and rework quotations

• Preparation of work orders for sub contactor teams

• Preparation of quantity variation statement

• Assist customer service dept with existing HVAC issues and other tasks as they arise

• knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Learn and utilize all computer and software programs that are required to manage, maintain and promote business enabling you to effectively function as Project Planning Coordinator.

• Other office administrative work and any other responsibility as may be delegated by the seniors.
