Roles and Responsibilities:-
· To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
· Should be capable of managing team of at least 7-8 members
· Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets of site visits & booking closures of his/her team members through assigned/acquired CPs
· 4 .To develop & drive the channel sales team in achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
· Weekly/monthly review review of CPs performance, qualitative factors and process improvements
· To liaison and work closely with the project site heads for site visit & booking confirmations and foster strong working relationship
· To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
· To leverage CP contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre launches & launches
· To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
· To develop & foster relationships with key CPs within the micro market
· Explore cross-selling opportunities
· Inspire & be a role model for the team
· Ensure adherence of sales processes
· Ensure penetration of ACP technology platform among the CPs
