- Daily calls to existing customers on outstanding payments with regular follow ups
- Drive success by either collecting payments or triggering repossession of vehicles to on-ground team
- Track vehicles in different ops and service related buckets and resolve in a given TAT
- Actively study the data and dashboard to offer customer insights
- Work closely with the vendor team to ensure strategic policies are being identified and executed to ensure faster TAT for operations for all vendor
