Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of driving sales and optimizing the online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.

📈 Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and develop action plans to optimize performance and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

💻 Manage and oversee the ecommerce platform, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance meet or exceed industry standards.

📱 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, IT, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and alignment of ecommerce initiatives.

🔍 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the ecommerce landscape.

💬 Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

📊 Prepare and present regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management.

 Eligibility criteria and Exposure required:

🎓 Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.

🔧 Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.

📈 Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ecommerce performance.

🗣 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

🏆 Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.

📱 Proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
