Overview -

We are seeking a Passionate Developer who can leverage technology to join our dynamic team to improve healthcare delivery & revolutionize patient care and outcomes to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a deep understanding of healthcare systems and regulations in the US.

Technical Skills –

·       Full Stack Technologist with extensive knowledge on web-based architecture, Microservice & distributed solution,

·       Mandatory - .NET 7.0+, C#, ASP.NET, WEB API, React, State management framework such as Redux or MobX, ORMs (entity framework), Messaging & Streaming Broker, Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks / Spark.

·       Good to Have - Azure DevOps, Azure App services

Good to Have –

·       Experience with healthcare data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies.

·       Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, CHPS).

·       Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Production Support practices.

·       Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.

Soft Skills –

·       Strong communication skills - oral and verbal.

·       Ability to work with various stakeholders across various geography.

·       with the ability to build & sustain teams.

·       Mentor people and create a high performing organization, fostering talent, resolving conflicts to build & sustain teams.

·       Strong understanding of Object-oriented design, and multi-tier application architecture.
