Job Responsibilities:

* Ideate & develop communication strategies for our members

* Manage internal communications & assets (campaigns, App, website, videos, articles, etc.)

* Manage external brand communication (social media and PR).

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Product, Marketing, Customer Success Team for

various communication requirements

* Provide guidance and direction to other writers and designers in team

* Ensure timely delivery of the communication for all product lines

* Measuring the performance & impact of campaign strategies and improving approaches as

necessary

* Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build the BA brand

Requirements: -

* Excellent fluency in English, flair for language

* Experienced in content and copy writing

* Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills

* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver as per the timeline

* Contribute original and trending ideas for the new content

* Exposed to writing for social media

* Having experience in design platforms like Canva, Crello or Marvel is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or a related field.
