Job Responsibilities:

• Ideate & develop communication strategies for our members

• Manage internal communications & assets (campaigns, App, website, videos, articles, etc.)

• Manage external brand communication (social media and PR).

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Product, Marketing, Customer Success Team for

various communication requirements

• Provide guidance and direction to other writers and designers in team

• Ensure timely delivery of the communication for all product lines

• Measuring the performance & impact of campaign strategies and improving approaches as

necessary

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to build the BA brand

Requirements: -

• Excellent fluency in English, flair for language

• Experienced in content and copy writing

• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver as per the timeline

• Contribute original and trending ideas for the new content

• Exposed to writing for social media

• Having experience in design platforms like Canva, Crello or Marvel is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or a related field.

Additional Information

Type of Role:-

1.Full Time with 6 months probationary period

2.5 Days a Week / Day Shifts Only

3.Hybrid setup, (3 days-WFO + 2 days-WFH)
