Job description
- Master data creation & updation in SAP Customer, Vendor & Material Master.(FG, SFG & BOP Parts)
- Adjustment of inventory Variance in SAP
- Account receivable- Sales view upload in SAP, Customer invoice creation, collection booking, debit note/credit note preparation
- Account payable- Vendor bill booking, Clearing of GRIR/SRIR & payment booking.
- Inventory aging, updation of HSN code for material master.
- Month end activity- MIS, Prepaid & provision booking.
