The desired job description is below:
· Organizing recruitment, interview and selection of employees of entire company..
· Recruitment through Multiple Sources and Across All Levels within Optimum Time, Quality and Cost.
· Screening of Profiles and Arranging Hr Round of Interviews.
· Scheduling and Coordinating the Interview with various levels in the organisation.
· After The Final Round of Interviews Going Through The Reference Check.
· General day to day Administration of Head office
· Stationery Management
· Event Management internal office related.
· Pay Management and ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Labour Law in force.
· Monitoring Manufacturing plant level HR, Contractors and Labours on day to day basis with frequent visit to the factories.
· Designing and implementation of new and/or existing HR policies and systems aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining talent
· Controlling HR costs
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Proven experience as an Assistant Manager HR in Manufacturing Company.
· Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT in particular)
· Familiarity with resume databases
· Basic knowledge of labor laws
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong communications skills.
