Job Title : Accounts + Admin

Experience : 1+ Years

Qualification : B.com or M.com or Inter CA

Job Location : Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.

Working days & Timings : Monday to Saturday & 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Role & Responsibilities:

ü Maintenance Customer T&C files / Agreement

ü Printout of Agreement copy and send to client as well as follow with client for singed copy

ü Generate invoice’s

ü Payment follows ups

ü Day to Day Accounting [ including invoicing , payment , received , banks entry]

ü Vendors payments

ü Received Payment deposited into bank

ü Proper filing of all expenses and invoice bank files

ü GST calculation and prepare sheet

ü TDS payment and filling

ü Professional Tax payment and maintain records

ü Supervision on housekeeping of all three branch

ü Purchase necessary items for all branches

ü Data base Management in our Software

ü Maintain all courier records
