- Qualified mining engineer (Diploma or B tech - mining engineering- Regular).
- Holding a second-class mines manager competency certificate is must.
- Should be able to plan and execute the mining activities in compliance with regulatory norms.
- Effective communication skills. Need to take care of internal as well as external correspondences effectively.
- Should have very deep knowledge of Mining.
- Should be aware of the safety norms and regulations. Should have a good proficiency in MS office. Should be ready to relocate anywhere in India. Should be adaptive to new technologies which are being introduced.
