Job Description :
- you are responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of Hirextra salespeople
- To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
- Responsible for delivering sales that contribute to the overall budget for Hirextra
- Network with large end-user companies and able to bring larger clients across the globe
- Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.
- Keeps up with current technology to know how best to sell your product or service.
- Keeps track of current industry trends and competitors' products or services.
- Able to develop business and reach targets for Hirextra
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Hands-on knowledge of using industry-recognized CRM.
- Must be able to build strong relationships with existing partners and new prospects
- Must be able to communicate effectively whether face-to-face or via phone/video/email.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders leading to large client sales.
- Ability to be self-motivated and take ownership of work.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with the Hirextra network of colleagues across all brands and business areas.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to think both at a macro and micro level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
