Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects focused on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, to gather and analyze business requirements specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify project objectives, use cases, and deliverables, leveraging your expertise in HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and driving complex technical projects in the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains.

- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
