Qualifications and Skills
- REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. (Minimum 6 months experience)
- Proven experience in recruitment (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels (Mandatory skill)
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in candidate assessment, including competency and behavioral evaluation
- Ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Skilled in employer branding to attract high-quality candidates
- Proficient in negotiation techniques to manage offers and counteroffers effectively
- Experience in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Participate in employer branding activities to promote company as a preferred employer
- Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires
