Qualifications and Skills

  • REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. (Minimum 6 months experience)
  • Proven experience in recruitment (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in candidate assessment, including competency and behavioral evaluation
  • Ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Skilled in employer branding to attract high-quality candidates
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques to manage offers and counteroffers effectively
  • Experience in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Participate in employer branding activities to promote company as a preferred employer
  • Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms with candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires
