Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in landscape design
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in architectural project management is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape design projects from concept to completion
• Prepare designs, plans, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to develop design solutions
• Select and recommend plant materials, hardscape materials, and site furnishings
• Supervise the implementation of landscape projects and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects
