The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for DG Gensets and SRT Projects. We are looking for professionals with 5-7 years of experience in the DG or Capital Goods/Equipment industry. The ideal candidates will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for DG Gensets and SRT Projects.

 Identify and engage with potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline.

 Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

 Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

 Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

 Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

 Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Distributed Energy’s offerings.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Strong understanding of DG Gensets and SRT Projects.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.  Willingness to travel as required.
