Position: Inside Sales Engineer/ Executive
Job Summary: The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating and nurturing leads,
managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role involves working closely with
clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing excellent customer
service to drive sales and build long-term relationships.
Role & Responsibility::
1. Lead Generation:
o Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including outbound
calls, emails, and social media.
o Qualify leads based on company criteria and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Sales Execution:
o Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
o Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company goals and pricing
strategies.
o Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention.
o Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support.
4. Sales Planning and Reporting:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
in the CRM system.
o Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager/Director.
5. Market Research:
o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
o Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product development and
improvement.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
o Coordinate with the customer service and product teams to ensure seamless client
experiences.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / EC / IC/ BE
