Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales

team, managing sales-related documents, and ensuring efficient communication between the sales

department and other departments within the organization. This role plays a critical part in helping

the sales team meet their targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

 Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

 Verify order details, pricing, and availability of products/services.

 Communicate order status and confirmations to customers.

Customer Support:

 Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.

 Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and

exceptional service.

Sales Reporting:

 Compile and analyze sales data, preparing reports for the sales team and

management.

 Assist in tracking sales performance against targets and goals.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

 Maintain and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and records.

 Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Inventory Management:

 Monitor and report inventory levels to ensure product availability.

 Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team for restocking.

 Sales Team Support:

 Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales

presentations and proposals.

 Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel

arrangements.

 Sales Process Improvement:

 Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving sales processes.

 Suggest and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.

 Communication:

 Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

 Ensure effective communication channels to support sales activities.

Qualifications:

 Should belong from engineering background.

 Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

 Ability to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
