Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RSM / Manager Sales to lead our sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have more than of 8-20 years' experience in sales, specifically in the staffing and recruiting industry. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in product marketing and project sales & marketing.
- Ability to generate revenue and drive sales growth.
- Strong sales management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project planning & control
- Track record of tracking new infrastructure management
- Analytical and organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Provide guidance and training to sales team members.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
