Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in medical imaging interpretation with a focus on providing accurate diagnostic information. (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth understanding of radiology and principles required for confident analysis of complex medical conditions. (Mandatory skill)
• Capability as a radiologist to perform imaging tests and validate the findings against existing medical records. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong patient care skillsets to maintain effective communication and provide compassionate support.
• Hands-on experience or understanding of CT technology for detailed internal body structure imaging.
• Proficiency or foundational skills in interpreting MRI scans for detailed image representation and diagnosis.
• Familiarity with USG procedures and the ability to assist or conduct basic ultrasound imaging tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate medical imagery and make informed diagnostic decisions efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and evaluate the results to assist in medical diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to interpret medical imagery and discuss potential diagnoses.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records by documenting imaging results and patient interactions accurately.
• Assess and follow up on any suspicious imaging findings to ensure timely medical intervention when necessary.
• Ensure all radiation safety protocols are followed to protect both patients and staff during imaging processes.
• Stay updated on advancements in radiology, participating in continuous education and training programs.
• Provide expert guidance to referring physicians on imaging test results and suggested medical pathways.
• Help mentor junior staff or new team members, sharing insights and best practices in radiology.
