Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Junior Radiologist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 5 years of experience in radiology and related fields.We have positions will be based in Bhubaneswar, Bhawanipatna, and Raigarh.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with radiology procedures and practices, preferably 0 to 5 years.
• Proficiency in using radiology equipment and technology to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
• Certification or degree in radiology such as DMRD, MD Radiology, or DNB Radiology.
• Ability to produce and interpret high-quality diagnostic images.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating radiologic data and forming accurate diagnoses.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively consulting with patients and medical staff.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining patient health and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct radiologic procedures such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans to diagnose medical conditions.
• Analyze and interpret radiologic images to assist in diagnosing injuries, illnesses, and abnormalities.
• Consult with healthcare practitioners to discuss diagnostic images and suggest potential treatment plans.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to radiation protection standards during radiologic procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update them with diagnostic information as needed.
• Provide guidance to radiologic technologists and support staff regarding best practices.
• Stay updated with advancements in radiology techniques and technology through continuous education and training.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review cases and plan patient care strategies.
