Qualification- B.sc Nursing

Experience- B.Sc. Nursing with 1 year experience M.sc Nursing preferable

1. Responsible for producing and distributing specific learning objectives with respect to the specialty and schedules to the clinical facilities prior to student’s attendance at the facility.

2. Brief the students regarding their clinical requirements, maintenance of daily dairy in the clinical setting and timely submission of assignments.

3. Conduct demonstration and supervise return demonstrations of students in the lab.

4. Patient assignment in the clinicals as per learning objective.

5. Conduct and participate in formative and summative evaluation of the students and timely feedback to students.

6.Supervise students in their area of clinical posting.

7. Liaison with the ward in charge/staff nurses for smooth conduct of the clinical learning of the students.

8. Actively manage clinical risk, inform Nursing Head of incidents, and contribute to quality and risk planning.
