Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of an MBBS degree, crucial for performing medical examinations and treatments (Mandatory skill).
• Experience as a Duty Doctor, providing acute and emergency care as needed (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise as a Factory Medical Officer, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Experience as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO), capable of overseeing patient care and medical facilities.
• Familiarity with the role of a Medical Officer, understanding medical protocols and patient care procedures.
• Diploma in Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) to enhance workplace health management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, enabling quick and efficient decision-making in critical situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular medical examinations and provide necessary treatment to employees and patients.
• Participate in the development and implementation of health programs within the facility.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health protocols, reporting any anomalies to relevant authorities.
• Provide emergency care and first aid when necessary in the workplace or industrial settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver patient care services.
