• Develop innovative landscape designs, including conceptual, schematic, and detailed plans, that align with client needs and project goals

• Conduct site analyses to assess existing conditions, environmental considerations, and zoning requirements

• Select plant species, materials, and features that create visually appealing and sustainable outdoor environments

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscaping within larger project scopes

• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and detailed construction documents • Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality, adherence to design specifications, and client satisfaction • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, environmental regulations, and sustainable practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

• Licensure as a Landscape Architect (preferred or required, depending on location)

• Proven experience in landscape design and project management

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp

• Strong understanding of plant species, soil conditions, and sustainable landscaping practices • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and time management
