Assure efficient running of daily hospital operations as per the defined protocols in designated hospital
Ensure patient care and clinical guidelines are followed as per quality protocols and standards
Set monthly targets for individual departments and monitor their performance for smooth functioning of the hospital
Delegate responsibilities to the department heads and communicate on a daily basis to ensure task completion
Regular monitoring of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services
In order to optimize the hospital workflow, the manager should have the ability to hire, train and supervise the staff for building and maintaining the right team for the hospital
Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives, create quarterly & annual budgets and revenue monitoring
Have a good understanding of healthcare statutory regulations and guidelines
Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
Demonstrate problem-solving and technical skills to find solutions for staffing and administrative problems.
Develop policies for the hospital to improve patient experience and satisfaction
Ensure the safety of patient healthcare records
Coordinate with all the facility management teams to ensure readiness and compliance to access and safety.
Effective communicate with doctors, specialists, nurses, ward attendants and vendor.
Perform all other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Skill sets required :
Should have a strong management and customer service skills.
Demonstrate an understanding of the health care environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
