We are seeking a Hiring HRBP for a 500-bedded multi-speciality hospital located in Bangalore. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years' experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the HR functions specific to the healthcare environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Employee relations expertise, specifically related to healthcare settings, to ensure a harmonious workplace (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), particularly in hospitals or healthcare, is essential for this role (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition to effectively bring qualified professionals into the hospital environment.
  • Strong background in performance management to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  • Thorough understanding of labor law compliance, especially in healthcare, to ensure all practices meet mandatory standards.
  • Knowledge in organizational development to support the hospital's growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to analyze HR metrics and impact key areas of the business positively.
  • Experience in managing compensation and benefits to maintain competitive packages and employee satisfaction.
