Qualifications and Skills

MBBS+MEM/FEM - are also considerable.

• Proficient in emergency medicine with the ability to provide immediate care (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in critical care to manage life-threatening situations effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in trauma management for quick response to physical injuries (Mandatory skill).
• Strong diagnostic skills to quickly assess and identify medical conditions.
• Thorough understanding of emergency procedures to stabilize patients effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Capacity to perform under stressful conditions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly to emergency medical situations, ensuring patient stabilization and safety.
• Diagnose conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans swiftly during emergencies.
• Coordinate with trauma teams to manage severe injuries and critical care scenarios.
• Perform emergency procedures and manage resources effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure follow-up care and treatment.
• Stay updated with the latest practices and developments in emergency medicine.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance skill set.
