Qualifications & Skills:

1. Experience:

o Proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably in the Automobile/equipment or industrial sectors.

o Must have experience in Contruction Equipement, sales or HMV sales

.Muat have exp with dealership environment.

. Exceptional experience in sales leadership, with demonstrated success in scaling businesses.

2. Knowledge & Skills:

o Strong expertise in sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.

o Comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.

o Financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on P&L statements.
