Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Strategic Development: 

- Identify potential growth areas within the B2B sector.

- Create and implement strategic plans to tap into these areas, aligning with company objectives.

- Lead Generation & Management: 

2.Research and identify new potential clients and partnerships.

-Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

3.Relationship Management:

-       Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.

- Address client concerns and feedback with professionalism and in a timely manner. 

4.Sales Targets:

 -       Achieve exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.

-       Monitor and report on performance metrics.

 5.Market Analysis:

-       Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential threats.

- Adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. 

 6.Proposal & Tender Management:

-       Draft, propose, and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives.

-       Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions as per client needs.

  2. Strong networking skills
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
