• Academic Advising (Mandatory skill): Experience in providing academic assistance and advice to help students successfully manage their academic workload and programs.
• Counseling (Mandatory skill): Proficient in one-on-one counseling sessions, offering students personalized support and guidance tailored to their individual needs.
• Educational Planning: Capable of developing and implementing educational plans that align with students' goals and institutional requirements.
• Career Development: Skilled in guiding students toward their career paths through internships, job placement, and professional development activities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to convey advice clearly and effectively to students and other stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve complex student issues and provide practical solutions and advice.
