Job Description :

• Responsible for managing primary secondary and tertiary claims in ageing reports. 
• Review each claim and resolve claims which are outstanding. 
• Responsible for resolving escalated cases/ rejection/ insurance denials
• Review the claim allocated and check status received from the payer/ callers/ coding/ any other support team
• Check the denials and payments to make sure the right decision is taken on the claims.
• Use appropriate client specific note standards for documentation
