 Job Description:

As the Sales HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources aspect of our sales department. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales team is well-equipped, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, performance management, and data analysis to drive sales effectiveness.

 Responsibilities:

Ø Collaborate with the sales leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Ø Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales positions, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline.

Ø Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Ø Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members to drive continuous improvement.

Ø  Analyze sales performance data using Excel or other tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Ø Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Ø Serve as a liaison between the sales department and HR, guiding HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.

Ø Act as a mentor and coach to sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Ø Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to sales HR management.

  Requirements:

Ø MBA in HR or related field.

Ø Minimum 3 – 6 years of experience in sales HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Ø Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ø Proven track record of driving sales performance through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Ø Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
