Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Comfortable with outbound calling.
Ø Generating leads through various channels such as LinkedIn and job portals.
Ø Communicating with customers and making outbound calls to potential clients.
Ø Client Engagement, Understanding customers ‘needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Ø Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Ø Scheduling meetings with enterprise customers and conducting follow-ups daily.
Ø Building and managing productive, professional relationships with clients.
Ø Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
Ø Sales Reporting and Analysis, Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead activities, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements and Skills:
Ø Track record of over-achieving quotas.
Ø Strong phone presence and experience.
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ø Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ø Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
