Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-driven Product Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining and analyzing key metrics that drive product performance, user engagement, and business success. Key Responsibilities:

• Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure the success of features and drive business outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and MongoDB to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to provide data-backed insights for decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track product performance and user behavior.
• Monitor and investigate anomalies in product metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the HiringTech industry, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with MongoDB or similar databases.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience in defining and measuring metrics, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the HiringTech space or related SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and product experimentation.
