The Client is a no-code, real-time, enterprise iPaaS with 1,500+ pre-integrated apps to build enterprise and consumer workflows, publish APIs, and manage conversations. With users in 145 countries, and is becoming the go-to iPaaS for enterprises looking for a reliable and scalable platform to build automated workflows quickly. i.e. to make automation easy, we are on a mission to ‘democratize automation’ affordable, accessible and compliant for all. To achieve our mission, we are building the world’s most powerful iPaaS with multiple automation solutions, for which we are looking for smart and energetic software engineers and developers to join our Customer Success team.
● Understand, analyse and map customer requirements.
● Design workflow journeys and solutions for customers.
● Estimate effort, time and cost for customer projects.
● Develop, test, and deliver customer projects within timelines.
● Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders.
● Participate actively in improving customer experience.
* Requirements:
● 1+ year experience working with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node js. (Mandatory) ● Knowledge of Databases like MySQL, MongoDB. (Mandatory)
● Knowledge about using REST APIs using Javascript OR JQuery.
● Well-versed with JSON / XML structures.
● Prior experience of working with a Startup and product based company.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
● Currently based out of (preferred) or open to Mumbai as a location.
