Job Title: Staff Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development:
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to ensure high performance, scalability, and robustness of applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable backend systems utilizing microservices architecture.
• Work on server-side logic, databases, APIs, and other backend components to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Collaboration and Process Management:
• Collaborate effectively with multiple teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Contribute to the design and development of backend systems following both Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) principles.
• Leadership and Team Coordination:
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers; previous team leading experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in backend technologies with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Hibernate-related frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying microservices-based applications.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) is essential.
• Additional Skills:
• Understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Team leading experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
