Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Responsibilities:

• Automation Frameworks:
• Participate in the design and implementation of automation frameworks.
• Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs) for implementing Manual, Automation, and Performance testing, as well as process-related implementations from a Quality Engineering perspective.
• CI/CD and Testing:
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for quality-owned frameworks and tests.
• Create test plans and strategies for all forms of testing.
• Work on creating performance test suites and document all required KPIs.
• Quality Assurance:
• Own releases and features under test, ensuring bug-free releases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and CQA teams to ensure effective testing and stable releases.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in automation.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, WebdriverIO, Cucumber, Appium, Cypress, Mocha, or Protractor.
• Proficiency in manual and automation testing of web services using API testing tools and libraries like Postman, GraphQL, RestAssured, etc.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket, etc.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java or Python.
• Expertise in tools like Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or their alternatives.
• Experience with AI/ML and deep learning, particularly in automating the process of testing ML models.
