Backend Lead

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development:
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robustness of applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable backend systems utilizing microservices architecture.
• Work on server-side logic, databases, APIs, and other backend components to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Collaboration and Process Management:
• Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Participate in and ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in backend technologies with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Hibernate-related frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying microservices-based applications.
• Strong understanding of Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) principles.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
