Job Overview

Hirementum is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Health Insurance Advisors for our expanding team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position tailored for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a Health Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their health insurance options and helping them make informed decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to convince and engage clients, addressing their concerns effectively
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate information is conveyed
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues for client success

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in understanding their health insurance options and recommending suitable plans
• Facilitating clear and effective communication with clients in Kannada, Hindi, and English
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for long-term satisfaction
• Conducting follow-ups to ensure client queries and concerns are addressed promptly
• Staying informed about the latest health insurance market trends and regulatory updates
• Collaborating with team members to achieve collective goals and share best practices
