Key Responsibilities
• Own the Strategy, Execution and optimization of Digital Media for lead acquisition.
• Plan, define and execute demand generation funnel.
• Proficiency with running large performance marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep
analytics, performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing journeys to increase funnel conversion and
retention rates.
• Work with the product team to understand user journeys.
• Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the performance of key
segments.
• Consistently run A/B experiments to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
across the funnel
• Proof and QA to ensure a 100% error-free execution.
• Manage daily operations of paid search, display, programmatic campaigns and paid social media.
• Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels.
• Insights & learnings to suggest optimizations to exceed KPI benchmarks, including conversion goals and
thereby increasing the lead quality metrics.
• Build ideas for campaigns by sharing content guidelines for ad copy and sharing a creative vision with
the content & design team when applicable.
• Implement testing and optimization methodologies to consistently generate increased leads MoM,
including top-of-funnel testing, sharing data across channels, and website personalization.
• Establish and manage a rigorous A/B testing calendar to optimize effectiveness of media spend.
• Managing and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI & CAC
