Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, including conducting orientation programs and facilitating the completion of necessary documentation.
• Handle HR operations tasks such as employee record management, attendance tracking, and leave management
