Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bidder or in a similar role, preferably in the freelancing industry.
• Strong understanding of freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork, and its bidding process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and negotiate effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully winning projects and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
