Job Title: Solution Architect – Digital

Function: Digital process excellence

Location: Hyderabad

Key role requirements: 12-15 years of relevant industry experience of which 6+ years should be in end-end building of solution architecture with experience in Cloud

Requirement: Immediate

Tenure: 3 to 4 months

Manage Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services

Lead analysis of the business' future-state capabilities and future (and current) IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions to drive the business forward

Provide architecture and design guidance to the product & engineering teams to develop and implement solutions as per the product development standards to meet business requirements

Scan the world for major disruptive technology trends (trend-spotting) that could affect business. Work with network to provide practical advice and best practices to overcome these challenges and successfully deliver the expected business outcomes

Run technology experiments with customers and partners, help to create new products and services, and integrate the best of these into steady-state operations for the organization

Setup Reference Architecture standards for common use cases and govern the technical team’s work to ensure these standards are adhered & common technical elements are leveraged

Track and apply innovative technology stack, advocate benefit and reduce the architectural cost

Bring execution best practices in areas of Microservices & API Management, DevSecOps and Test automation to ensure seamless digital delivery for the organization

Engage with leading customers and strategic partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design

Maintain and advocate high accountability to the committed deadlines and ensure quality deliverables with appropriate design and solution documentation for proper lifecycle management

Setup clear communication channels with key stakeholders from Business & Digital teams – so that they can understand the design choices being made & plan better for success

Education: Degree/ MBA

Work Experience: 12-15 years of relevant industry experience of which 6+ years should be in end-end building of solution architecture

Good to Have: Experience in Cloud & enterprise architecture setup and governance

Technical:

Experience in architecting custom applications using Open-Source technologies (Java, REACT, Jscript, API's, Content Management Platforms, databases, etc.)

Strong fundamentals in cloud-native applications, concepts on AWS / Azure /GCP.

Strong Micro service, Dockers, and Kubernetes Expertise

Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps and associated toolsets.

Standard architecture frameworks and practices such as TOGAF

Modelling tools and languages such as UML and BPMN

Application integration technologies(ESB, SSO and Integration Patterns)

Good Understanding of Big data analytics and ML algorithms.
