Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, managing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. We are specifically looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good knowledge of strategic planning and lateral thinking
• Experience in sales management or inside sales is a plus
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about our services
• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain a database of customer details and update it regularly
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
