Job Title: Tele Counsellor - Domestic

Function: Call Centre

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Working Time:

• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
• 10 am to 7 pm office hours
• Sunday Fixed off

Minimum Education:

• Graduate
• Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout with result in hand.)

Work Experience:

• 6 months to 8 Years

Gender: Female/ Male

Industry Exposure Required:

• Can communicate effectively in Hindi and English
• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/Lead generation
• Familiarity with the Lead Generation process
• Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation.
2. Effectively communicate in Hindi and English to engage with a diverse audience.
3. Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation and tele sales.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the database.
5. Provide information about products or services and answer any queries from customers.
6. Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall team targets.
7. Stay informed about product/service features and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
2. Previous experience in Outbound Tele calling, Tele Sales, or lead generation.
3. Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
