Job Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving sales revenue. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales or a related role is preferred, but freshers with the required skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Skilled multitasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and services
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients through cold calling and networking
• Understand client needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions and product offerings
• Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team objectives
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay informed about the competitive landscape
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
